The inner cylinder body is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the outer cylinder body in a sleeving manner; the carrying plate is movably connected into the inner cylinder body; one end of the high-temperature-resistant rope is fixedly connected to the carrying plate, and the other end of the high-temperature-resistant rope sequentially penetrates through the side walls of the inner cylinder body and the outer cylinder body and is fixedly connected with the lifting piece; the lifting piece is arranged onthe outer side of the outer cylinder body; the supporting piece is rotationally connected to the outer side of the outer cylinder. And a welding rod outlet for a welding rod to penetrate out is formed in the cylinder cover.
