The damper comprises a connector, acylinder and a piston rod. The left side of the connector is fixedly connected with a right side joint of a tension sensor of the underground tensiometer, and the right side is fixedly connected withthe piston; the piston rod is arranged in the cylinder body; an underground tensiometer is connected with a calibration device on the ground, and standard tensile force or compression force is appliedto a tension sensor through a piston rod, so that an electric signal generated by the tension sensor is generated; and a calibration coefficient is generated through the combined standard tensile force or compression force and the electric signal value, and calibration of the underground tension sensor is completed. The device is compact in structure combination, can adapt to calibration of the-5T-+ 5T tension sensor on th
