A telescopic supporting rack for an optical cable traction machine comprises a bearing frame, a supporting foot stand and a displacement assembly. The bearing frame is provided with a containing guiderail, the supporting foot stands are partially contained in the containing guide rail, and the ends, exposed out of the containing guide rail, of the supporting foot stands face the ground. The displacement assembly comprises a fixed wheel, an overturning trundle and an adjusting screw rod; the fixed wheels are mounted at the bottom of the bearing frame; the turnover trundles are hinged to the bearing frame; the turnover trundles are positioned between the supporting foot stools and the fixed wheels; the adjusting screw rod is arranged on the bearing frame; the adjusting screw rod is used forpropping against the turnover caster; the displacement assembly is arranged on the bearing frame; according to the optical cable traction machine, the supporting foot stools are arranged, so that theoptical cable traction mac
