The present utility model relates to a thrust-generating rotor assembly (10, 11) based on torque and operating in resonance, the utility model relates to a control device for controlling the tilting moment of a longitudinal rotor blade axis (15) about one or more rotor blades (12a, 12b) in order to control the pitch angle of therotor blades (12a, 12b) and thereby also the horizontal movement of a helicopter or rotorcraft. The rotor torque assembly (10) of the rotor assemblies (10, 11) is also adapted to resonate to providea resonant gain that affects a rotational offset with respect to a torque change generated by the electric machine.
