Wherein the control unit, the power supply battery, the power system, the orientation tracking mechanism, the computer vision mechanism, the distance sensing mechanism and the GPS positioning mechanism are arranged on a frame of the baby carriage. The power system, the orientation tracking mechanism, the computer vision mechanism,the distance sensing mechanism and the GPS positioning mechanism are all electrically connected with the control unit. The power supply battery supplies power to the whole safety system, the orientation tracking mechanism is used for large orientation tracking of the wristband, the computer vision mechanism is used for finely tracking the wristband by shooting images of the wristband, the distancesensing mechanism is used for detecting whether an obstacle exists within a safety distance or not, and the GPS positioning mechanism is used for tracking and positioning the baby carriage.
