The first small-diameter spring is fixedly located at the top end of the large-diameter spring, the second small-diameter spring is fixedly located at the bottom end of the large-diameter spring, the firstsmall-diameter spring, the second small-diameter spring and the large-diameter spring are located on the same vertical line, and the damping mechanism is jointly composed of a first lifting rod, a second lifting rod and a cylinder barrel.
