The photosensitive array is of an array structure composed of aplurality of photosensitive elements which are arranged at intervals and are electrically connected. Wherein the array scale of the optical antenna is the same as that of the photosensitive array, antenna elements of the optical antenna and photosensitive elements at corresponding positions in the photosensitive array are mutually aligned in the vertical direction, and each antenna element of theoptical antenna comprises at least one nano pointed cone of which the top surfaces are electrically connected with each other.
