Zusammenfassung:The novel anti-loosening rolling brake rail is improved in the following three aspects that firstly, the appearance structure is optimized, an anti-rotating blocking table is additionally arranged, and the problem that a brake rail bolt is loosened in the using process of the brake rail is solved; and secondly, the rail web structure is redesigned, the width of the rail web is changed into a 22-24mm plane shape from a 16.5 mm symmetrical hyperbolic curve shape, the overall rigidity is improved, the connecting surface is more reasonable, and the brake rail is stressed more stably. And thirdly,the material is U75V, and practice proves that the brake rail made of the material is high in surface hardness, and indexes such as wear resistance and fatigue life are greatly improved. According tothe improved novel anti-loose rolling brake rail, the phenomena of stress concentration, metal fatigue, short service life and the like of an original brake rail are effectively eliminated.
