The periphery of the curing barn is built by insulating walls; wherein the curing rack is placed in the curing barn; the ventilator is connected to the top of the curing barn, the temperature sensor is mounted at the top of the curing barn, the intelligent temperature control switch is mounted on the outer wall of thecuring barn and connected with the temperature sensor, an air inlet is formed in the lower portion of the curing barn, the heat exchanger is mounted in the middle of the air inlet and connected withthe heating device, and the intelligent temperature control switch is connected with the heating device. The automatic temperature control curing barn system is used for drying food and has the advantages that the intelligent temperature sensing technology is adopted, automatic control over the temperature of a curing barn is achieved, an intelligent temperature control switch replaces manual temperature control, dependenc
