Theair piston is connected between the pressure head and the cylinder; the upper end of a liquid piston is inserted into the air piston, the lower end of the liquid piston is inserted into the air cylinder, an annular groove is formed in the air piston, an air valve used for sealing the air piston and the liquid piston is clamped in the annular groove, and an exhaust hole is formed in the position, located in the annular groove, of the air piston. According to the foam pump, the annular groove is formed in the air piston, and the exhaust hole is formed in the annular groove, so that when the airvalve is plugged into the annular groove, air in the annular groove can be smoothly exhausted, the situation that the air compression resistance is increased is avoided, and the plugging difficulty isreduced.
