Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a circuit structure for realizing dead zone time self-adaptive function of a class D power amplifier, which comprises a driving output module, a dead zone time setting module, a multistage delay module and a voltage detection module. A corresponding delay signal is generated through a multi-stage delay module according to a power supply voltage in a driving output module; and the dead time setting module sends a driving signal which changes along with the change of the delay signal to the input end of the driving output module according to the preset dead time in combination with the delay signal, so that the aim of dynamically adjusting the dead time in the driving output module is fulfilled. By adopting the circuit structure provided by the utility model, thedead time can be dynamically adjusted along with the change of the power supply voltage, so that the dead time can be self-adaptive in a full-voltage range.
