The gearing shaft system is fixed on the back part of the casing through a gear casing frame; the main driving wheel shaft of the gearing shaft system is provided with a shaft handle; the shaft handle can do reciprocating movement around the shaft center of the shaft handle under the pressing force of fingers and the acting force of a screw spring; the spring can have the function of clutches. Thus, the resetting of the shaft handle of the main driving wheel can be assured, and the rotary impeller can not rotate in inverse direction. When the shaft handle is continuously pressed and loosened off, the clockwise continuous rotation of the rotary impeller can be realized. Thereby, the oriented wind is generated. The air volume is in direct proportion with the pressure force of fingers and the frequency value.
