The system includes light source, first beam splitter, first frequency shifter, second frequency shifter, isolator, amplifilter, circulator, antenna, second beam splitter and processing circuit, the light source gets into the input of first beam splitter, and the output of following first beam splitter gets into the input and the second beam splitter input of first frequency shifter respectively, the input of second frequency shifter is connected to first frequency shifteroutput, and the output of second frequency shifter is connected with the input of isolator, and the output of isolator is connected with amplifilter's input, and amplifilter's output is connected withthe input of circulator, the input of antenna and second beam splitter is connected to the input of circulator, processing circuit is connected to the output of second beam splitter.
