The main shaft of the beater is inserted into a plasma tub from the upper cover of the plasma tub, and the plasma tub comprises a tub, a cover and a bottom which are made of sheet metal and are surrounded by more than three arc type bodies. The beater makes the fish plasma generate vortex flow at the arc shape point in the tub. The fish plasma smoothly surges up and down, which improves the efficiency and the quality of beating and prevents the fish plasma from being thrown out from a feed hopper. The beater is suitable for the fish plasma processing in the prawn cultivation proportioning bait and the processing of the products such as the shrimp paste, the bean milk, etc.
