A feeding wheel shaft is provided with an overrunning clutch. The feeding wheel shaft, an inertia multiplying wheel shaft and a motor shaft are connected with a driving synchronous belt. One end of a supporting board is installed on the shell through a pin shaft, and the other end of the supporting board is arranged on a cam. The top face of the supporting board and the bottom face of the supporting board are fixedly connected to a bracket and an elastic metal sheet respectively. The metal sheet is connected with a clamping wheel. A conveying inserting wheel is connected with the shell through a wheel shaft.
