Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a tool for fishing the drilling rod broken in a well in a geological drilling production. The latch jack is threaded and connected as an integration by a clamp slipping block head on an external layer, a clamp slipping block pipe, a steel ball frame, a steel ball arranged on the steel ball frame, and an auto-slipping guide joint, and also threaded and connected as an integration by a hollow jack guide drilling rod on internal layer and a solid axis of a cone. The external layer and the internal layer are squeezed and connected with steel balls on the steel ball frame by a conical surface adjacent to the axis of the cone. While in use, the changeable diameter connecting handle is connected to the drilling rod of a drilling machine. The utility model is safe in use and reused for times repeatedly. When the broken drilling rod is stuck under the well and not fetched, the latch jack under the well can slip out of the broken rod, preventing from causing the complication of the happened accidents.
