When children play mathematical games by arranging digital blocks, the utility model can judge mathematical processes and results and can instruct the children in languages. The electron brain intelligence initiating unit has a language microprocessor which can express the mathematical processes and results and also a language memorizer which is connected with the language microprocessor. An arithmetic unit is connected with the front end of the language memorizer, and the digital signals of the arithmetic unit are transferred to a comparator whose output terminal is connected with a display and the language memorizer.
