Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a quantum interferometer of a superconducting thick film, which is composed of a ceramic substrate, and a high TC superconducting barrel which is tightly jointed with the lateral surface of the substrate, wherein, the superconducting barrel is composed of a superconducting thick film barrel with slits and a superconducting microbridge which is positioned between the slits and connected with the superconducting thick film barrel. The ceramic substrate can be hollow cylinder bodies or solid cylinder bodies of various sections. A micro-flute is formed on the cusped edge of the ceramic substrate. The interferometer, the microbridge of which is positioned in the micro-flute, is easily manufactured. The utility model with high sensitivity to external magnetic field, high coupling performance, and self-outfit of a shielding barrel can be operated in the liquid nitrogen temperature region. |
