Through measurement circuit isolator I, II connect in cable top phase line L1, L2, and parallelly connected auxiliary resistor I, 3.4. The thermal resistance thermoscope detects signal input terminal, 5.6. Connect respectively in two auxiliary resistor II, III, in warning output terminal 9.10. Warning output nodes connects, contactor coil is through terminal switch fuse I, II at cable tail termination in phase line L1, L2, monitor three cables, again with two other cable top phase line L2, L3 and two other auxiliary resistor II, III and connect signal input terminal 3.4.5.6. Two other contactor coil connect in cable tail termination in phase line L2, L3 separately.
