A pedal which can rotate around a rotary shaft of the pedal is fixed to the machine body. A handle which can rotate around a rotary shaft of the handle and a panel are fixed to the machine head. The panel is provided with two sets of counters which respectively record the rotation number of the pedal and the rotation number of the handle. The utility model has the characteristics of adjustable resistance moment and simple structure.
