When the neck strap is worn on neck, the control device of the alarm is exactly below the jaw on the midline position of the front side of the neck. When neck bends excessively, the utility model alarms automatically in order to make the patient correct his posture and prevent the neck from moving beyond limit. The neck strap with an alarm for alarming cervical vertebra moving beyond limit can be used for preventing and treating cervical spondylopathy, but can not influence the work and the life of the patient like a hard neck support.
