The multi-layer composite refractory insulation structure for industrial kiln and furnace lining is well designed by using the principle of optimum economy thickness; the inner layer is light-weight refractory brick; the middle layer is aluminum silicate fiber blanket; the outer layer is soft and hard multi-layer composite refractory material with shock resistance performance composed of rock wool felt instead of damageable depositing concrete; small lightweight staples are used for replacing heavy hooks of steel column types to fix the refractory brick. The use of novel, light-weight, and high-strength steel plate of brick can save steel material, reduce short-circuit phenomenon, enhance heat-insulating effect, and reduce the surface heat loss of the furnace lining. The actual use effect of the utility model shows that the surface heat loss of the furnace lining falls about 40 %, the energy utilization of the kiln is enhanced, and the utility model reaches the heat insulating and energy saving level of international advanced countries. |
