A boss is arranged at the outer side of the main valve body. A structure compensated with the boss is sheathed on the main valve body in the corresponding position in the outer sleeve. Because weight increases, the limited pressure to the cooker is 120 KPa. When the outer sleeve is picked off, weight is reduced, and the limited pressure to the cooker is 80 KPa, so that the pressure regulation is achieved.
