Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a base plate carrying tool for bear an at least base plate in a coating process. Base plate carrying tool includes a main frame, a patterning shielding layer and a plurality of dogs. The main frame has at least one first opening and runs through the main frame. The patterning shielding layer sets up in an upper surface of main frame to have an at least second opening and correspond at least one first opening, and second open-ended size is lighter than basic plate size. The dog sets up in the loading end of patterning shielding layer, and wherein each dog sets up along the second open-ended is marginal respectively for with base plate location with corresponding to the second opening. Consequently, when base plate carrying tool bore the base plate, the base plate corresponded the second opening and places in the loading end of patterning shielding layer, and the second opening exposes the base plate with first opening portion.
