The complete machine comprises a rotary drum mechanism, a head arranging mechanism and a conveying mechanism thereof, a transition slide way mechanism, a transverse conveying mechanism, a brush wheel mechanism, a notching mechanism, a material distributing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, etc. The production efficiency is high; the notched capsule per hour is 3500-4000 sets, which is 3.5-4 times of the manual operation; the labor strength of the workers can be reduced.
