Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a light-emitting element comprising a bearing seat, a light-emitting diode (LED) crystal grain, a first phosphor layer and a second phosphor layer. The bearing seat comprises a bonding area. The LED crystal grain is disposed on the bonding area and comprises a top face and a side adjacent to the top face. The first phosphor layer is disposed at the top face of the LED crystal grain. The second phosphor layer wraps the first phosphor layer and the LED crystal grain. According to the utility model, the first phosphor layer is excitated by use of a large amount of light emitting from the top face of the LED crystal grain and then the second phosphor layer is excitated, so that the obtained light color approximates to the light color after the second phosphor layer is excited by the side of the LED crystal grain; and in this way, the uniformity of the light color of the light-emitting element can be improved, and as a result, a yellow ring can be eliminated. |
