The wireless positioning base station is used for tracking and positioning the positioning article card through a wireless network. The card reader is in the form of portable read-write equipment used for conducting the data interaction with the positioning article card. The card reader comprises a battery, a bluetooth module, a zigbee module and a low-frequency excitation module. The bluetooth module, the zigbee module and the low-frequency excitation module are respectively connected with the battery. The card reader realizes the data interaction with the positioning article card respectively through the zigbee module and the low-frequency excitation module. The card reader is connected with an external intelligent mobile terminal through the bluetooth module.
