The tapered ceramic tubes are provided with the air inlet ends with the larger opening diameter and the air outlet ends with the smaller opening diameter. By means of the novel NOx sensor, the response time of the sensor can be shortened greatly, the flexibility of the sensor is improved, and the novel NOx sensor is reasonable in structural design, easy to produce, low in cost and long in service life. |
