The door hanger structure comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a third connecting plate and two or more idler wheels. A pair of through holes are formed in the third connecting plate. A pair of long-strip-shaped holes corresponding to the through holes are formed in the second connecting plate. A first locking bolt for fixing the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate penetrates through each through hole and the corresponding long-strip-shaped hole. When the third connecting plate is stressed by external force in the tangential direction of the outer circle of a hinge shaft of the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate, the third connecting plate rotates around the hinge shaft, a sector through hole is formed in the third connecting plate, and a limiting shaft is riveted to the first connecting plate and stretches into the sector through hole. According to the door hanger structure, the technical problem that some idler wheels on a door hanger in an existing sliding door leaf device are excessively abraded due to installation reasons is solved, and therefore the using stability can be improved.
