The steel reinforcement framework is connected with concrete, the inner side and the outer side of the concrete are connected with insulation board layers, the insulation board layers are connected with cinerite and lime mixed material layers, and the cinerite and lime mixed material layers are connected with inner decoration layers or outer decoration layers.
