The lifting transmission device comprises a lifting support, a lifting motor an a transmission pair, the lifting motor is arranged on the lifting support, the lifting motor is meshed and connected with the transmission pair, the transmission pair is in transmission connection with the screw nut, and the lifting support enables the lifting transmission device and the screw nut to be connected into a whole through the transmission pair. The anti-explosion mechanism is arranged between the transmission pair and the ball screw. According to the lifting device, the lifting motor drives the transmission pair to rotate, the transmission pair drives the lifting transmission device and the screw nut to integrally move in the length direction of the ball screw, a ball is prevented from falling into a die after fracturing or exploding, meanwhile, the anti-explosion mechanism is held on the ball screw, the whole of the lifting transmission device and the screw nut is prevented from moving on the ball screw, injuries to workers are avoided, and meanwhile the damage to equipment or other parts is also avoided.
