The steel belt automatic error-correcting device comprises a roller, a base, bearing boxes, guiding wheels, a pull rod, pins, a swing arm, a swing arm shaft, bearing bodies, bearings and a swing arm support. The roller is supported by the bearings. The bearing bodies are provided with the guiding wheels on the upper and lower parts. The bearing boxes are provided with guiding grooves in the upper and lower parts. The bearing boxes are hinged with the swing arm through the pull rod and the pins. The swing arm is installed on the swing arm support through the swing arm shaft. The working principle is that automatic error correcting is performed by utilization of the changes of tension forces on two sides of a steel belt in the operation process of a continuous set; in the operation process of the steel belt, the changes of the tension forces on two sides of the steel belt are uneven because of a camber of the steel belt, and when the tension force on one side of the steel belt increases, one side of the error-correcting roller rotates around the center of the roller under the effect of the tension forces of the steel belt, thereby enabling the tension force on one side to decrease and the tension force on the other side to increase; and the tension forces on two sides of the steel belt are enabled to reach a balance state, and the steel belt automatically moves to a central line of the set for operation, so that the automatic error correcting of the steel belt is realized. The automatic error-correcting device has the advantages that the investment and the maintenance cost are low, the fault rate is low, and the operation efficiency is high. |
