Zusammenfassung:A mortar circulating cooling device of a multi-wire sawing machine comprises a mortar bucket and a bucket cover, a motor pump motor, a stirring motor and a mortar return opening are arranged on the bucket cover, and two cooling pipe layers are arranged in the mortar bucket. The outer cooling pipe layer is coiled in a barrel shape to be distributed on the inner wall of the mortar bucket, the inner cooling pipe layer is formed by a first cooling unit and a second cooling unit which are coiled in a barrel shape and are connected, the first cooling unit and the second cooling unit are distributed in a figure eight shape, the first cooling unit corresponds to the mortar return opening in the bucket cover, a stirring shaft connected with the stirring motor is arranged on the second cooling unit, and a mortar pump connected with the mortar pump motor is arranged between the outer cooling pipe layer and the second cooling unit. Cooling pipes are reasonably configured according to the structure of the mortar bucket and the temperature states of mortar at different positions in the mortar bucket, the temperature of return mortar is reduced fast through the densely-distributed cooling pipes, and the problems of low cutting precision and quality defects caused by mortar overheating are solved.
