The punch die with the pilot device comprises a lower die, an upper die and the pilot devices; the lower die is arranged above the upper die; the pilot devices are arranged at both sides of the lower die and the upper die; each pilot device comprises a guide pillar and a guide sleeve for enabling the guide pillar to be inserted in a guiding manner; the lower part of each guide pillar is sleeved with a spring; the upper part of each guide pillar is sleeved with a movable sleeve; the lower end of each movable sleeve is fixedly connected with the upper end of the corresponding spring; a spherical groove is formed on the outer wall of each movable sleeve; a ball is movably embedded in each spherical groove; the depth of each spherical groove is greater than the radius of the corresponding ball and is smaller than the diameter of the ball; lubricating oil is arranged between the spherical grooves and the balls; when the lower die and the upper die are closed, the balls are in rolling contact with the inner walls of the corresponding guide sleeves to pilot the positions of the lower die and the upper die.
