The utility model relates to an inclined-plane anastomosing head of an oesophagus anastomat. The anastomosing head comprises a stapling head and a main machine anastomosing face cooperating with the stapling head which is arranged on a main shaft. The anastomosing head is characterized in that the bottom face of the stapling head and the main machine anastomosing face are inclined planes. The anastomosing head is suitable for alimentary canal reestablishing operation of oesophagus, stomach or intestine in all kinds of hospitals. Without change in diameter of the main shaft, the stapling head and the cooperated main machine anastomosing face are not perpendicular to the main shaft and a certain angle is formed is formed therebetweeen, so an anastomosing mouth has an elliptical cross section, thereby increasing diameter of the anastomosing mouth. Thus, anastomotic stenosis caused by contracture of scars can be remarkably reduced, and oesophagus is protected against laceration caused by the too big anastomotic diameter when the stapling head is placed.
