With the 7-shaped commutator segment cold extrusion mechanism of the utility model adopted, the utilization rate of raw materials is high, and scraps generated from an original punching process can be avoided, and about 30% of the materials can be saved; the shape processing of commutator segments is uniform and has high precision; and the commutator segments won't be deformed or intensively damaged, the mechanical strength of the commutator segments can be ensured.
