The left end of the internal conductor taper portion comes from right ends of the slits, and the right end of the internal conductor taper portion ends at the tail ends of the slits. The slot comprises a left taper hollow portion and a right column hollow portion. The left end of the internal conductor column portion comes from an infinite point, and the right end of the internal conductor column portion ends at the left end of the taper portion. Four slits are disposed uniformly surrounding at the periphery of the slot.
