Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a shaft wall and backwall rapid nondestructive detection system based on a transient electromagnetic method. The system is composed of a hand-held machine and a transient electromagnetic pulley. The transient electromagnetic pulley comprises a roller counter, and a transceiver, a brace strut, a receiving probe and an emission coil which are arranged on the pulley. The transceiver employs an internal battery for power supply and is connected with the roller counter via a cable for realizing the power supply and communication. The emission coil employs a single-turn or multi-turn spiral coiling mode and is cemented on a pulley flat plate; the receiving probe is embedded in the middle of the emission coil, the two are combined to form a center loop measuring device and are connected with corresponding ports of the transceiver through the cable; and the hand-held machine performs wireless communication with the transceiver. According to utility model, the damage of common wall shaft ruptures, wall internal cavities, wall thickness problems, backwall cavities and the like in a pit shaft construction or application process are detected, a basis is provided for subsequent improved schemes or remedy measures, and the damage is prevented. |
