Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an on-line monitoring device for the wear loss of a thrust bearing of a fully sealed pump. The on-line monitoring device includes a rotor of a sealed pump, a thrust disc, and a graphite bearing shell. The sealed pump is equipped with a hole, and the hole faces the end face of the rotor or faces the side surface of the thrust disc. A position probe is arranged in the hole, and is connected to an inductance type sensor. The inductance type sensor is connected to an amplifier through a signal transmission line. The amplifier is connected to an analog-digital converter through a signal transmission line. The analog-digital converter is connected to a computer through a signal transmission line. Different mounting modes can be selected according to different mounting positions. Two measuring methods both can accurately and directly reflect the motion distance of the thrust disc, so the motion amount of the graphite bearing shell can be obtained. The on-line monitoring device can directly and visually reflect the wear conditions of a water lubricating thrust bearing inside a fully sealed pump to prevent sudden shutdown and other faults. |
