An air guide device of an adjustable fresh-air-type evaporative condenser comprises a condenser and an air guiding devices; the air guiding devices are disposed at a coil pipe side fresh air port and a filler side fresh air port of the condenser; the air guiding device is composed of side plates, rotating shafts, blade shafts and blades; the side plates and the blades are connected through the rotating shafts; the rotating shafts drive the blade to rotate through the blade shafts; an electric actuator is disposed inside the condenser and controls the rotating shafts to rotate; and an angle changing range of an air guide plate is 0-90 degrees. During working, by adjusting the angle of the air guide plate, the fresh air amount at the filler side fresh air port can be changed, and the situation that part of the fresh air directly passes a filler layer to cause short streams is avoided. The beneficial effects are that the air guide device is simple in structure, reasonable in construction and low in cost; through adjusting the angle of the air guide plate at the fresh air ports, the fresh air amount is thus changed, wastes caused by fresh air short streams are avoided, a heat exchanging effect of a coil pipe is enhanced, energies are saved, and the cycling efficiency of the system is raised.
