The input cam and the output cam each comprise a cam body and a cam flange. A certain proportional relation is formed between the extending stroke number and the returning stroke number of the input cam and between the extending stroke number and the returning stroke number of the output cam. The body is provided with a cam ejector rod groove. The cam ejector rod is provided with a cam clamping wheel. The input cam is fixedly installed on the input shaft. The output cam, the auxiliary cam and the input shaft are hinged to one another. The cams are fixed into the body through the cam bearing. The output cam is provided with an output shaft outputting power in a rotating mode. The output end of the body is provided with a connecting rod sliding groove and a connecting rod, wherein the connecting rod is installed in the connecting rod sliding groove, and the connecting rod is provided with an output cam clamping wheel linearly outputting power.
