Main journals are arranged at both two ends of the crankshaft; the two main journals are coaxial; an inner connecting rod journal is arranged at the middle part of the crankshaft; outer connecting rod journals are respectively arranged at two ends of the crankshaft; the outer connecting rod journals are located between the main journals and the inner connecting rod journal; and the two outer connecting rod journals are coaxial. By using the crankshaft of the two-stroke horizontal opposed-piston and opposed-cylinder engine, the requirement for the unique crankshaft connecting rod mechanism movement rule of the two-stroke horizontal opposed-piston and opposed-cylinder engine is effectively realized. Moreover, the crankshaft is symmetrically designed, so that the generality of the crankshaft is effectively improved and the machining difficulty of the crankshaft is reduced.
