The steel wire net rack is composed of two steel wire net pieces and web wires, wherein the steel wire net pieces are located on the two sides of the heat preservation plate and keep a certain distance away from the heat preservation plate, the steel wire net pieces on the two sides of the heat preservation plate are connected together through the web wires to form the steel wire net rack, and the web wires penetrate through the heat preservation plate in an inclined mode. The demolding-free formworks are located on the outermost sides of the wall. The supporting cushion blocks are arranged between the demolding-free formworks and the heat preservation plate. The distance between the demolding-free formworks and the heat preservation plate can be controlled through the supporting cushion blocks. The cast-in-place foam concrete is poured between the demolding-free formworks and the heat preservation plate. The formwork pull rods penetrate through the demolding-free formworks and the heat preservation plate.
