Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a cloth folding mechanism of a bag overturning machine, particularly to a cloth folding oscillating arm unit of a film coating bag overturning machine of a woven bag. The oscillating arm comprises cloth folding units, oscillating arms, an oscillating arm connecting element, and an oscillating arm connecting shaft. The two cloth folding units are symmetrically hinged to a fixed end; and cloth guiding wheels are respectively arranged at the other ends of the cloth folding units. The oscillating arm connecting element is arranged between the two cloth folding units horizontally; and a central hole is formed in the middle of the oscillating arm connecting element. One end of the oscillating arm connecting shaft is fastened by a nut I; and the other end passes through the central hole of the oscillating arm connecting element, a spring, and a nut II successively and then is fixed with the fixed end. The pair of oscillating arms is hinged to the two ends of the oscillating arm connecting element symmetrically; and the other ends of the oscillating arms are hinged to the cloth folding units at the same sides. According to the cloth folding oscillating arm unit, the cloth folding oscillating arm structure is improved into the one with the adjusting middle part and two telescopic sides, thereby avoiding phenomena of the pleating and damage of the bag. The connecting way of the oscillating arm connecting shaft is changed into the optical shaft connecting way, so that problems that easy fracture and difficult replacement due to inflexible cloth folding oscillating arm structure can be solved. |
