The activated carbon package bag structure comprises a main activated carbon package bag, wherein the main activated carbon package bag is internally provided with an inner package membrane for holding activated carbon; an outer protecting bag which can be torn off is further arranged outside the main activated carbon package bag; the outer protecting bag and the main activated carbon package bag are combined together through a sticking connecting strip; the sticking connecting strip is arranged between the packaging sewing line of the main activated carbon package bag and the opening of the bag; a tearing strip for removing the sticking connecting strip is further arranged between the packaging sewing line and the sticking connecting strip; a convex holding part for tearing off the outer protecting bag from the main activated carbon package bag is arranged at the bottom of the outer protecting bag.
