The novel product packaging box steering device on the production line rotates by 90 degrees due to the round rotary table capable of ascending and descending and swing of the upper cylinder, an operator can well turn two pieces of adhesive tape by 90 degrees manually in the box sealing process of product packaging, the operating strength of the operator is greatly relieved, and production efficiency is also improved during production of the production line.
