Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an indexable turning insert. The indexable turning insert comprises an insert body, cutting edges, bosses, bulge parts and bulges, wherein the cutting edges are formed on the peripheral edges of front insert surfaces of the insert body and provided with circular arc angle edges in the cutting tip positions as well as side edges configured on two sides of each circular arc angle edge; the overhanging bosses are arranged on the front insert surfaces on the inner sides of the cutting tips and oppositely spaced from the cutting edges; the bulge parts are horizontally distributed between the wall surfaces of the bosses and the inner sides of the cutting tips and comprise first bulge parts and second bulge parts which are parallel, the strip-shaped first bulge parts and second bulge parts connected with the front insert surfaces on the inner sides of the side edges and arranged from outside to inside sequentially; a pair of long-strip-shaped bulges is distributed on each of two sides of each boss in each front insert surface in the side edge direction and comprises a first bulge and a second bulge which start from one first bulge part and the corresponding second bulge part and extend along the side edges. The sharpness of the cutting tips is improved, and friction of chips on a groove bottom and the front insert surfaces is reduced, so that cutting force is reduced, the cutting temperature during processing of high-temperature alloys is reduced, and the service life of a tool is improved. |
