Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a cable used for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation system. The cable comprises cable cores formed by conductors which are wrapped by insulating layers, the conductors being made of silvered soft copper tows, a metal sheath layer wrapped out of the cable cores, the metal sheath layer being formed by copper strip longitudinal wrapping stripes, and an outer sheath layer wrapped out of the metal sheath layer. The cable is reasonable in structural design. The conductors use the silver-plated copper conductors, anticorrosion and high-temperature and low-temperature resistance performance is enhanced. The metal sheath layer is formed by copper strip longitudinal wrapping stripes. The sheath is easy to bend, and is corrosion resistant, high-temperature and low-temperature resistant, and high in mechanical strength. Especially, when the insulating layer is formed by extruding Teflon, performance of anticorrosion, high-temperature and low-temperature resistance, and oil resistance can be enhanced. When the outer sheath layer uses a polyimide coating, the cable is advantaged by high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The cable is also advantaged by low abrasion, excellent mechanical property, good dimension stability, low thermal expansion coefficient, high insulation, low thermal conductivity, and no melt. |
