Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to an inductive ballast winding heat resistance testing device for a fluorescent lamp, which is provided with at least one channel for testing the inductive ballast of the fluorescent lamp. A PLC control cabinet is connected with a touch screen through Ethernet. The PLC control cabinet is connected with an electric parameter meter through an RS-485 communication protocol. The PLC control cabinet is connected with a digital resistance gauge and an insulation resistance tester through an RS-232C communication protocol. The PLC control cabinet is electrically connected with a terminal, a lamp tube placement board and a hot test box. The terminal is electrically connected with the electric parameter meter, the lamp tube placement board and a to-be-tested sample. The inductive ballast winding heat resistance testing device can simultaneously perform a winding heat resistance test which is mentioned in the 13 chapter of a GB 19510.1-2009 standard on one to eight inductive ballasts for the fluorescent lamp. Through operating the touch screen by the user, the inductive ballast winding heat resistance testing device automatically finishes lamp tube arc current measurement, winding temperature measurement, testing time calculation and isolation resistance measurement. |
