Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a super capacitor capacity and DC internal resistance detection device having advantages of high measurement precision, high reliability, small size, high working efficiency, good consistency, and ability of carrying out detection of a plurality of super capacitor single bodies at the same time. The detection device comprises a main controller and a plurality of power control units. The input end of the main controller is connected with a host computer touch screen. Each of the power control units is constituted by a sampling circuit, a control circuit, and a discharging circuit. The detection device is characterized in that the main controller is provided with an A/D converter and two CAN communication interfaces; the sampling circuits are formed by current sensors, the ends of which are connected with the A/D converter interface of the main controller; the control circuits are formed by MOSFET drivers, which are connected with the main controller output end by high-speed photoelectric couplers; each of the discharging circuits comprises a current flat wave current constituted by a large power inductor L1 and a capacitor C2, which are in a serial connection, and a resistor R3, which is parallely connected with the capacitor C2, and is used for the impedance matching, a clamp resistor R1, a discharging resistor R2, an MOSFET Q1, and a diode D1. |
